Using Email & Password

All the users of the account should log in to their Kenjo accounts using their work email (defined in their profiles) and the password they set when activating their accounts.

The password must be at least 8 characters long, including at least one number, one capital, and one lower letter.

In case any user forget their password, they can click on the Forgot Password? link in the sign-in page or request the admin to reset their password in their profile.

Using SSO option

At the moment only available for Google.

When the admin enables a provider and adds the company domains in Settings > Single sign-on, all the users whose work email is from the domain defined should access their accounts through the "Sign in with Google" button in the Kenjo sign-in page. These users cannot log in using email and password.

In the case that your company has employees with a different work email from the company domain, please set up the following option.

Using Email & Password / SSO

When the admin enables a provider and does not add any company domain in Settings > Single sign-on, the users can log in through the "Sign in with Google" button or using email and password. If some users want to use the second option, they should set a password by clicking on the Forgot password? link (in the Kenjo sign-in page) or requesting the admin to reset their password in their profile.

Example 1

If you activate an SSO provider with a company domain (yourcompany.com).

  • All users with the work email xxxxx@yourcompany.com can log in only with the "Sign in with Google" button.
  • Other users with a different email (e.g. xxxx@gmail.com) cannot log in.

Example 2

If you activate an SSO provider without any company domain.

  • All users with work email xxxxx@yourcompany.com can log in with the "Sign in with Google" button or email and password.
  • Other users with a different email (e.g. xxxx@gmail.com) can sign in with the "Sign in with Google" button or using the email and password.

Example 3

If you don't activate an SSO provider

  • All users with work email xxxxx@yourcompany.com can only log in using the email and password.
  • Other users with a different email (e.g. xxxx@gmail.com) can only log in using email and password.
