1. Complete Your Personal Profile

Your start begins with setting up your master data. Once you receive your access credentials, you should update your profile immediately to avoid administrative delays. If information is missing, your scheduler may not be able to schedule you correctly.

  • Click on your profile picture or initials in the top right.

  • Select My Profile.

  • Under Personal, fill in any missing information.

  • Click Save to apply your changes.

Tip: A current profile picture helps your colleagues and managers identify you in the system more quickly.

2. Manage Your Work Schedule and Shifts

Accurate documentation of your shifts ensures your payroll is processed correctly. If you want to view your shift plan, the mobile app is your best option for a quick overview.

  • Open the Kenjo app and navigate to the Shift Planning tab.

  • Click Check In as soon as you start work.

  • Use the Pause button to accurately record your break times.

  • If you want to swap shifts with colleagues, click the arrow icon (Shift Swap) directly in the shift view.

Note: If you realize you didn't check in this morning, record the time manually or notify your manager immediately.

3. Request Time Off and Vacation

Whether it's vacation or a sick day – you submit all absences digitally. If you're sick, you must report it to the system immediately.

  • Click the Time Off tab.

  • Select Send Request.

  • Choose the type of absence (e.g., vacation or sick leave).

  • Select the date range in the calendar.

  • In case of illness, upload your medical certificate directly as a photo by clicking Add Document.

  • Submit your request.

Suggestion: If you're planning two weeks of vacation, submit your request early. Once your manager clicks Approve, you'll receive a notification.

4. Review Your Payroll

In the payroll section, you have access to your monthly pay statements. Once a new payroll is available, you can view and download it directly from your profile.

  • Navigate to your profile and go to the Smart Docs tab.

  • Open the Payroll folder.

  • Click on the respective file to view your pay statement.

  • Verify that all variable payments such as bonuses or overtime surcharges are correctly listed.

5. Upload Important Documents

For your personnel file, the company needs various documents. If you're asked to submit documents such as your driver's license or social security card, use the upload function.

  • Go to your profile and click the Smart Docs tab.

  • Select the corresponding folder (e.g., Contracts or Certificates).

  • Click Upload Document and select the file from your device.
