Create an Announcement
Whether it’s informing about issues or celebrating successes, keeping everyone informed will have a strong and positive impact on your company. To create your first announcement click on the (+) at the top right corner:
Use the Mini toolbar above to personalize your text:
At the toolbar placed on the bottom, you can:
Add an attachment, such as the Employee Handbook, your company's data protection policies, or other relevant files.
Add the URL to a Youtube video, such as your company's welcome video or instructions on how to be safe at the office due to Covid. Bear in mind that Kenjo only supports YouTube URLs under the Newsfeed module.
By default, announcements will be shown to everyone in your organization. However, you can restrict the visibility to specific employees, companies, offices, deppartments.
Finally, you can also determine the timeline to show this announcement in your organization. After the deadline has come, the announcement will be archived automatically.
Once your announcement has been published, you can edit it using the options on the top right side of the screen:
Archive/Unarchive message
Any user will be able to archive messages at any time. The archived messages can be seen at any time by clicking on Manage your widgets on the home page and enabling the option “Show archived announcements”.
Mobile version
Now, all the users are able to see the announcements on their mobile phones, they just need to have Kenjo App on their device, log in, and voila! On the left bar menu, they will see announcements and just with a click, they will be able to read and even react to the news posted on the board.
