Configure the Conversation Widget

In this article you'll learn how to configure the Discussion component and My Conversations widget to display and sort comments according to your preferences. The Discussion component allows you to filter comments by type and sort them in your preferred order, while the My Conversations widget displays your recent comments and received messages. This article is for users who need to customize how conversations appear in the Recruiting section.


Discussion component

Go to Recruiting > Candidates and choose a candidate from the list. On the right-hand side of the screen, you will see the Discussion component.



You can configure your Discussion component by clicking on Settings. Here you can choose:


The comment type to display:

  • Team

  • Private

  • Agency

Time Sorting:

  • Newest to oldest

  • Oldest to newest

By default, "Team" is the value set for type, and "Oldest to Newest" is the value set for Time sorting.

My conversations widget

Go to Recruiting > Overview. One of the widgets on the Overview page is My conversations. Here you will be able to see all the comments from today or this week that you have made or received.
