In this article you'll learn how to refresh and view PIN codes for employees in your Kiosk system. This feature allows administrators to generate new PIN codes or display existing ones for employee profiles. This article is relevant for Admins and HR Admins managing employees with active PIN code tracking methods.
Note: this option is only visible for an Admins, HR Admins or employees when the user is Active & they are included into a policy with PIN code active.
At this point, if you are and Admins or HR Admins, you should already:
✅ Activate the Kiosk in your organization
✅ Add employees to policies with different tracking methods (PIN, QR code or both)
To manage the PIN code of an employee, follow the next steps
Go to the employee personal profile
Click on EDIT PIN CODE
A new window will open with two options:
Refresh the pin code: so a new icon will be generated for this profile
View the icon: click on the 'eye' icon
Consider that, even if you eliminate an employee from a Kiosk policy, they will still keep their PIN code on their profile.
