Open and export the Absence overview report
The Absence overview report is the default absence report in Kenjo. It shows all absence data for your employees and can be exported directly.
Go to Reports in the left menu.
Under the Time Off category, click Absence overview.
Click Export to download the report as CSV or Excel.
Filter the report and save it under a custom name
You can narrow down the Absence overview report using filters and save the filtered view under a custom name. The saved report then appears as its own version under the Time Off category.
Go to Reports in the left menu.
Under the Time Off category, click Absence overview.
Click Filter and adjust the parameters as needed.
Click Save.
Enter a name in the Save report dialog and confirm.
Note: You cannot use a name already taken by a standard report. Choose a different name, for example by adding your initials or a time period.
Note: If you use the same name as an existing saved report, the existing report will be overwritten. Choose a new name to keep an additional version.
Open a saved report and change its parameters
Go to Reports in the left menu.
Under the Time Off category, click the saved report.
Click Filter and adjust the parameters as needed.
Click Save to apply the changes.
Delete a saved report
Go to Reports in the left menu.
Under the Time Off category, click the trash icon next to the report.
Confirm with Delete report.
Note: Deleted reports cannot be restored.

Where can I find my saved reports?
Saved reports are found under Reports in the left menu, in the Time Off category. They appear below the standard Absence overview report.
How do I export an absence report?
To export an absence report, open the desired report under Reports > Time Off and click Export. You can choose between CSV and Excel. Export is available for both the standard report and any saved custom reports.
I cannot save my report under the name I want. Why?
You cannot use a name already taken by a standard Kenjo report. To save with the name you want, choose a different name or add an identifier such as your initials or a date range.
I accidentally deleted a saved report. Can I restore it?
Deleted reports cannot be restored. To recreate it, open the standard Absence overview report, re-apply your filters, and save it again under the same name.
What is the difference between the standard report and a saved report?
The standard Absence overview report shows all absence data without any pre-set filters and cannot be modified. A saved report is a filtered version that you have stored under a custom name. You can reopen, adjust, or delete it at any time.
