In this article you'll learn how to view and understand the key details of a performance review, including participants, questions, timeline, and notifications. You'll be able to access information about feedback reviewees, managers, direct reports, colleagues, review questions, and the defined timeline for each step of the performance review process. This article is relevant for anyone who needs to track and monitor performance review information.


2. Participants: In this section, you can see the selected participants of a review. The four columns display the feedback reviewee, managers, direct reports, and colleagues for peer feedback. Below, you can see the expected number of feedbacks per review type as well as the total expected amount.



3. Questions: In this section, you can see all the questions included in the review. By clicking on the questions’ title you will be able to see more information about each question.



4. Timeline & Notifications: In this section, you will find the information about the defined timeline for each step of the Performance Review and the notifications that have been sent to the participants. You're able to track changes that have been made for the notifications. Bear in mind, that this dashboard is informative and you will not be able to make any modifications.
