Set up the Welcome wizard

In this article you'll learn how to configure the Welcome wizard by defining an invitation email message, adding company information, and selecting people for new employees to know.

1. Invitation email message

Here you define the message, which will be part of the invitation email for every new employee joining the company.



2. About the company

This text will be included as a welcome message in the onboarding screens when the new employee logs in the first time.



3. People to know

Add the people your new employee should know in the first week, like IT support, HR manager, etc.


You can choose between three different languages in the greeting assistant. The respective employee will then receive the welcome message in the language that you have selected for him in the attachment of his profile.
