As a DSP, you can choose between two Kenjo packages tailored to your needs: the TAA package for attendance tracking, employee records, and payroll, or the TAA+Admin package, which includes all TAA features plus expanded HR modules. You can also add the Work Logs add-on. This article gives you an overview.
TAA: Time & Attendance
The TAA package gives you everything you need to plan, track, and process your team's working hours, fully digital, with no paperwork.
Price: €2 per employee
Only for Germany. Prices may vary by region.
Included in the TAA package:
Attendance tracking: Employees clock in via the app or kiosk. You see in real time who's checked in and from where, including geolocation and automatic break rules.
Time off management: Manage time off requests and absences centrally, approve or reject requests from anywhere.
Shift scheduling: Create shifts with templates and bulk scheduling in just a few clicks. Get alerts for conflicts or overbookings.
Digital employee records: Import employee data and salaries, assign individual access rights, and filter employees by role, team, or location.
Payroll preparation: Wages are calculated automatically based on hours, shifts, and overtime, including public holiday pay and German labor law. Export to ADP or SD Worx with no manual rework.
Announcements: Keep your team informed directly through the app.
People reports: Detailed analytics on working hours, absences, and more.
Integrations and REST API: Connect Kenjo with your existing systems.
TAA+Admin
With the TAA+Admin package, you get the all-in-one solution: all TAA features plus expanded HR modules for better overview and less administrative work.

Add-on: Work Logs
A work log is a form your employees complete when they clock in or out. Every submission is timestamped and permanently documented in Kenjo, creating an audit trail for compliance and damage claims.
Price: €250 per month for your entire fleet
Flat fee, regardless of the number of employees or vehicles. Assets are included in the add-on. Requires the TAA package. Only for Germany. Prices may vary by region.
Note: You can try Work Logs and Assets free for 3 months. The trial doesn't convert automatically. You book the add-on yourself.
What happens after the trial?
All submissions and photos stay in Kenjo, and admins can still view them. Employees can only submit new work logs once you book the add-on in Settings.
Included in the Work Logs add-on:
Work log templates: Create reusable checklists, for example "Vehicle Check-In" or "Safety Inspection", with text, number, task, list, or photo fields.
Link to time tracking: Work logs open automatically at clock-in or clock-out. With Require work log completion before check in/out, employees can't check in or out until the work log is complete.
Live photos: Photos are taken directly in the Kenjo app.
Assets: Register vehicles and other assets with an asset ID, category, and status. Kenjo generates a QR code for every asset automatically. If you turn on asset selection, every work log is linked to an asset and builds a complete inspection history.
Daily Review: See in real time which employees have completed today's work logs and which are still outstanding.
Submissions and export: Filter by template, asset, asset category, and date, and export submissions to Excel.
