Use Training Tracker on mobile

In this article you'll learn how to access and complete trainings on the Kenjo mobile app. You'll also learn how to upload certificates and manage your training assignments.

This article explains how to use the Training Tracker functionality on your mobile phone. It covers how to find trainings, access training materials, complete trainings, and upload certificates. This is relevant for employees who want to work through their assigned trainings using the Kenjo mobile app.


With the Training tracker functionality on their phones, employees can now:

  • work through trainings

  • upload a certificate after completing a training

  • receive notifications when a new training has been assigned to them

And let employees know with notifications when it's time to renew certificates or when a new training has been assigned.

1. Glossary

My Trainings: Trainings that are assigned to this employee already

Catalogue: Trainings that are visible for this employee

The colored data overview below the My trainings section: shows the employee's number of total trainings, the completed, in progress and overdue trainings

Trainings's detail view: Employees sees all details, including timeline, Duration, materials and more



2. How employees can find a training

  • Log into the Kenjo mobile app

  • Go to Training Tracker

  • Select the My trainings (Trainings that are already assigned to the employee) or Catalogue (all available trainings) tab

  • Click on Filters below the Search bar to filter for trainings by status, category, skills and more or search for a training by name using the search bar



3. How employees do the trainings on mobile

  • Select a training within the My trainings section

  • Access all training documents - audio, documents, pdfs or ppts via Training material



4. How employees can end trainings without and with a required certificate

without certificate:

  • Click on the respective training within the My trainings section

  • Go to the Information tab

  • Click END TRAINING at the bottom

with certificate:

  • Click on the respective training within the My trainings section

  • Go to the Certificates tab

  • Click END TRAINING at the bottom

  • Click CONFIRM

  • Select uploading the certificate via camera or browsing

  • Give the expiry date of the certificate

  • Tag a folder category - the certificates section will always be automatically preselected

  • Click FINISH

The certificate is stored and accessible in the certificates tab of the training.

The admins will be able to see the certificates in desktop under

Training Tracker > Certificatesor within the trainings' participants section.



5. Employees' notifications

Employees get a mobile notification when:

  • certificates are about to expire or are expired

  • when trainings are assigned to them

  • when trainings are about to expire


Example 1: In-App Notification: When a training is assigned to the employee

  • Click on the notification inside the Kenjo app

  • You will be lead to the new training within My trainings tab


Example 2: Push-Notification on phone: Training is expiring soon
