Manage candidates' inbox

In this article you'll learn how to save custom views of your inbox, perform mass actions on emails, and locate unassigned candidates. These features help you organize and manage candidate communications more efficiently. This article is relevant for users who need to filter, organize, and take bulk actions on candidate emails in their inbox.


If you would like to save a view of your inbox after applying different filters, follow these steps:

  • Click on SAVE VIEW on the left menu. A new pop-up will appear

  • Add a name to your custom view under View name

  • Click Save



You will be able to find your new saved view in the left menu under VIEWS. Click on the bin icon to easily remove it.



You can also perform mass actions (such as mark as read, unread or reply) by clicking on the square next to each email and then clicking on ACTIONS.



Note: You can find the emails of candidates that have been removed from all job openings by going to Recruiting > Talent pools and clicking on Unassigned candidates.
