Shoutouts are public recognitions that appear on the homepage for 30 days and enable your team to appreciate and praise their coworkers' performance. This article is for anyone who wants to recognize and celebrate employee achievements within your organization.
Select the employee you want to give a shoutout to and visit their public profile. Here, you will find the option GIVE A SHOUTOUT.
Click on the button and compose a text to go with your shoutout.
Next, don't forget to click on SAVE. Your shoutout appears on the homepage and is now visible to everyone for the next 30 days.
Everyone can participate
After you have published the shoutout, all your employees can react to it and appreciate the selected employee's performance. By clicking on the emoji under the shoutout message, they can leave a reaction and participate in praising their fellow coworkers.
