Set up and manage goals

In this article you'll learn how to create goals, publish progress updates, and edit or delete goals. You can set individual, department, or company-wide goals and track progress using either a progress bar or key results. This article is relevant for goal owners and managers who need to establish and maintain organizational objectives.


1. Create goals

Add a new goal by clicking on the (+) NEW GOAL button and a pop-up will appear.


You can choose between 3 types of goals: INDIVIDUAL, DEPARTMENT, or COMPANY. With this first step, you define the participant(s)/owner(s) of the respective goal.

Note: This step is informational purposes only and does not automatically assign participant(s)/own(ers). After selecting the Title of objetive and its Description, you will need to manually define the participant(s)/own(ers) for the respective objective.


In the next step, you can enter the goal's details:


It is necessary to enter the goal title. The description and due date can be omitted. Note: If you choose a department-wide goal you need to add the department.

Now you can add the owners of the goal. You can add owners by entering their names in the search bar and selecting them:



In the next stage, you can select the way you want to measure your progress:


  • PROGRESS BAR: The progress bar allows you to save every progress on a scale from 0 to 100%.

  • KEY RESULTS: Based on the OKR style, key results can be marked as done after finishing a certain task.


The goal has now been created now and it appears in the goals overview:




2. Publishing your progress

Each owner can publish the progress by clicking on the goal.

You can edit the status, and the progress bar and add an update (comment).

You can edit the Status, tick Key Results, and add an update(comment).




3. Editing and deleting goals

If you need to change the goal's details, click on the (...) button to edit and adapt the goal. To delete the goal permanently click on (...) > Delete.
