In this article you'll learn how to create custom org chart views, add elements to them, and rename or edit existing org charts. Custom org charts allow you to build organization structures from scratch or based on existing org charts, with the flexibility to add managers, subordinates, and peers. This article is relevant for Admin and HR Admin users who need to create and manage custom organizational views.

  • Single employee (including inactive employees)

  • Company

  • Department

  • Future role

  • Assistant

  • Division

  • Team

Note: Everyone except users under the Restricted access profile will have access to custom Org chart views. An exception can be made by creating custom profiles.

Under People > Org Chart, you can access the Standard org chart.
