Work Logs During Check-In or Check-Out

When you check in or check out, or in the One-Click Time Tracking tab in the Kenjo app, one or more work logs will appear. This is a checklist or procedure you must complete before you can check in or out. Please fill out all sections of the work log.

Fill Out the Work Log

  1. Open the Kenjo app and start your check-in or check-out.

  2. All work logs assigned to you for today are listed on the screen.

  3. Click Work Logs Today to open the form. If you need to complete multiple reports, the count is displayed. Before completion, you'll see an orange box showing 0/2, and after completion, a green box showing 2/2 to indicate what's still pending or already completed.

  4. If the work log is linked to Assets, select the asset (e.g., the vehicle) from the dropdown menu.

  5. Fill out each field. Required fields are marked with a Required label. You cannot submit the form if required fields are empty.

  6. If the template includes a Photo field, click the camera icon to take a live photo. You cannot upload a photo from your photo gallery, unless your admin allowed photo gallery upload.

  7. Click SAVE.

  8. After submission: Once all work logs are submitted, your check-in or check-out is confirmed. Your entry—including the timestamp, all answers, and photos—is saved for your admin team.

Note: You cannot save a partially completed work log. The form must be completed in full. If you end the submission, you'll return to the check-in/check-out screen and must fill out the form again.
