Consistent Overlay
When you navigate to the weekly or monthly view, the overlay remains consistent throughout. It collects and displays data for the entire month, ensuring a comprehensive overview of attendance and overtime details.
Clock Icon in Employee List
Navigating to the employee list will display a clock icon. Clicking on this icon reveals a quick overview of attendance and overtime data, providing a quick snapshot of each employee's status.
1. Weekly or monthly view: new attendance data
When the user navigates to a week within the current month or accesses the attendance data for the current month, the displayed data points include:
Month + Year
Attendance tracked
Current overtime balance
In contrast, when the user navigates to a week in a past or future month, or accesses the attendance data for a past or future month, the displayed data points are:
Month + Year
Attendance tracked
Ending overtime balance
2. Hover states and color codes
We want to show the user which employees have overtime so that they can easily identify them and not overassign more shifts to them.
When the user has negative overtime:
When the user has equal overtime:
When the user has actual overtime:
3. Data point updates:
When user enters the Shiftplan module then all data for the employees are refreshed
When the scheduled job/Agenda runs for overtime + attendance data in attendance module then the updated data is also pushed to Shiftplan
When user clicks on clock icon then tracked time and overtime data is refreshed and retrieved from sources
