Activate the widget
Go to Home.
Click the four-squares icon in the top right.
Find the row Who checked in.
Toggle the switch to the right.
Understanding the widget
In the Checked-in tab you see all employees who have clocked in today — the number is shown in brackets.
In the Not checked-in tab you see everyone who hasn't clocked in yet today or won't clock in at all.
For each employee you can see:
the Status: Checked-in, Not checked-in, or Off (for example, on holiday or sick leave)
the Start time
the Tracked time in hours and minutes so far
if location tracking is enabled, the Check-in location
Refreshing data
The widget updates automatically roughly every minute while the page is open. You can also refresh the data manually using the refresh icon. The time of the last update is displayed.
Expanding the widget
Use the expand icon in the top right to open the widget in a large view — useful when you want to keep track of many employees at once.
Viewing checked-in employees on the map
If location tracking is enabled for your attendance policies, you can display checked-in employees on a map. This shows you where employees clocked in from. Employees without a recorded location do not appear on the map.
Frequently asked questions
Where can I see who has already clocked in today?
You can see who has clocked in today using the Who checked in widget on your home page. Activate it via the four-squares icon in the top right.
How up to date is the data?
The widget updates automatically roughly every minute. You can reload it manually at any time using the refresh icon.
Why is there no location shown for an employee?
The Check-in location and map view are only shown when location tracking is enabled for the employee's attendance policy and coordinates were recorded at the time of check-in.
