Attendance reports
Open and export the attendance report
The attendance report is the standard report for attendance data. It shows the tracked hours of your employees and can be exported directly.
Go to Analytics > Reports in the left menu bar.
Click Attendance report in the Attendance category.
Click Export to download the report as CSV or Excel.
Filter a report and save it under a custom name
You can narrow down a report using filters and save the filtered view under a custom name. The saved report then appears as its own version in the Attendance category.
Go to Analytics > Reports.
Click the desired report in the Attendance category.
Group by offices or companies etc. if needed.
Set or change additional Filters as needed.
Click Save to save the report with your grouping and filters.
Enter a name in the Save report dialog and confirm.
Note: You cannot use a name that is already assigned to a standard report. Choose a different name, for example using your initials or a time period.
Note: If you use the same name as an existing saved report, the existing one will be overwritten. Choose a new name to keep an additional version.
Open and edit a saved report
Go to Analytics > Reports.
Click the saved report in the Attendance category.
Click Filter or Group by and adjust the parameters.
Click Save to apply the changes.
Delete a saved report
Go to Analytics > Reports.
Click the trash icon next to the report in the Attendance category.
Confirm with Delete report.
Note: Deleted reports cannot be restored.
Work schedules report
The Work schedules report gives you an overview of the work schedules assigned to your employees.
It shows, among other things:
the number of planned hours employees have in the selected time period.
The Schedule type column shows whether it is a flexible, fixed, or irregular work schedule.
The Tracked shifts column shows the planned time from the Shiftplan for shift employees (source: Shiftplan).
