Therefore you need to configure the Kenjo invitation email to your employees in the Welcome wizard area. Here you can define an invitation email, introduce your company and define the most important contacts for your new colleagues. 

1. Invitation email message 

Here you define the message, which will be part of the invitation email for every new employee joining the company.  

2. About the company


This text will be included as a welcome message in the onboarding screens when the new employee logs in the first time.

3. People to know


Add the people your new employee should know in the first week, like IT support, HR manager, etc.

You can choose between three different languages in the greeting assistant. The respective employee will then receive the welcome message in the language that you have selected for him in the attachment of his profile.
