One of the last steps before going live with Kenjo in your company is activating your employees.
Up to this point in your implementation process, all of your employees have been inactive. This way, you were able to set up your account and run tests without worrying about your employees receiving emails.
However, once everything is ready to go live, you can activate your employees in bulk.
Before going live, make sure that you have already:

Activate employees in bulk
To activate all your employees in bulk,
- Go to People
- Click on the first tick box to select all employees at once
- Click on ACTIONS > Activate employees
Your employees will receive an invitation email with the content you have added to the Welcome Wizard.
They will be asked to fill out their personal information and upload a picture.
Once they have followed all these steps, their status will change to "Active".
Activate employees individually
You can also activate employees individually:
- Go to People > Employee > Personal Profile
- Click on ACTIVATE EMPLOYEE on the right side of the screen
What happens if an employee does not receive the invitation email?
One reason could be that the employee's profiles were created before their work emails were enabled. When Kenjo tries to send the invitation email and fails to do so, the tool blocks future attempts. To prevent this, it is best to create new employee accounts once their work email is enabled.
