Read receipts in the Kenjo mobile App

If you use the Kenjo app on your smartphone and have enabled notifications, you’ll receive a push notification when there’s a request to confirm reading a document.

For push notifications:

• Click on the push notification.
• Read the document that opens.
• Click Confirm that I have read it.

Via the app:

• Log in to the Kenjo app with your credentials.
• Click on Documents.
• In the Employee Documents or Company Documents tab, open an unread document.
• Read the document.
• Click Confirm that I have read it.

Your admin can see in Kenjo who has already read the document, so you don't need to take no further action to let them know.
