Edit a time off restriction
- Go to Time off > Settings > Restrictions > Settings
- Click the three-dot menu at the end of the row and select Edit
- Edit the desired details under the tabs Title and Date or Time off policies
Set a repetition interval
- Go to Time off > Settings > Restrictions > Settings
- Click the three-dot menu at the end of the row and select Edit
- Go to the Title and Date tab
- Check the box for Repeat
- Enter the repetition rhythm and the end date
- Click SAVE CHANGES
Deactivate a time off restriction
- Go to Time off > Settings > Restrictions > Settings
- Click the three-dot menu at the end of the row and select Deactivate
- Click Yes, deactivate
Delete a time off restriction
- Go to Time off > Settings > Restrictions > Settings
- Click the three-dot menu at the end of the row and select Delete
- Click Yes, delete
Request a time off when a restriction is active
When employees try to request a time off when a restriction is active, they receive a red info note that the request is not possible due to a restriction. Clicking on the request button is not possible.
