You as an employee have the opportunity to modify a time off request, no matter when in time it has happened and which status it has.

If you're an admin looking to edit your employees current or past requests, please read this article.
Definitions:
[PENDING] -When a time off request has been issued and is still in the process of approval or decline.
[SUBMITTED] After a time off request has been created and does not require an approval the status of request will be submitted.
[ACCEPTED] -is the final step of time off request.Either after the start date of request or as the start date arrives the request will be marked as processed.
[DECLINED] - the time off request has been rejected.
[CANCELLED] - you cancelled your request
For a time off request that is [PENDING]
If you want to modify a time off request that is pending for approval from your manager, follow the next steps:
- Go to Time off > Personal
- Under time off history look for the time off you want to edit
- Click on the pencil icon
- Make the necessary changes
- Click on REQUEST
- Your time off request has been updated and is pending for approval from your manager
For a time off request that is 1. [SUBMITTED] or 2. [ACCEPTED]
If you want to modify a time off request that you have already submitted and does not require approval or that has been accepted already follow the next steps:
- Go to Time off > Time off history
- Look for the time off you want to edit
- Click on the pencil icon
- Make the necessary changes
- Click on SUBMIT
- Your time off request has been updated and will say 1. [SUBMITTED] again or if 2. a manager approval is needed will display [PENDING]
Note: Consider that if the time off is in the past cycle, different sections or features in Kenjo will be affected:
- The balance will be recalculated and adapted properly, including the details (e.g. the planned and available days)
- The edited changes will be reflected in the Calendar.
- The changes will be reflected in the 'Who's away?' widget.
