For Admins: Edit an employee's time off request

Feature summary 

Previously, already approved or submitted past and future time off requests could not be edited – only cancelled. With the new update, these requests can now be edited directly without needing to cancel and resubmit, keeping the time off history much cleaner. If an employee falls ill during their vacation, the request can now also be adjusted afterward. If an eAU certificate is attached, editing the request will automatically trigger a new certificate request.




Edit employees' time off requests


  • Go to People Directory and find the respective employee
  • Click on Time off in the horizontal menu 
  • Find the time off history section
  • Find the appriopriate entry
  • Click the edit-pencil to edit the entry according to your needs




If a eAU certificate is involved in the newly edited request it will automatically trigger a new certificate request.
