Product Update January/February 2024

Modified on Thu, 29 Feb at 11:33 AM

Hey  ,

We are back with and we are better! We prepared a series of exciting and useful updates. If you are ready then fasten your seatbelts!

Here´s a quick overview of our novelties:

The first version of the Lohn & Gehalt Interface

This allows our German customers who use DATEV Lohn & Gehalt software for their payroll to seamlessly integrate all employee master data and salary information from Kenjo to DATEV.

We will soon also add the transactional data to the interface as well!

  • Attendance
  • Attendance corrections
  • Variable payments

New features in Shiftplan

Shift Planners should quickly have the employee’s attendance information while planning shifts. That’s why you can see new attendance related data inside Shiftplan.

To be more precise:

  • Shiftplanners/employees can now see their Attendance tracked information in their Shiftplan Schedule
  • Shiftplanners/employees can now see their Attendance overtime information in their Shiftplan Schedule
  • Public holiday information is now available in Shiftplan
  • Employees are notified when an open shift they applied to has been edited

New Salary Surcharge feature

We’ve created an important addition for our Payroll feature, bringing us one step closer to becoming the all-in-one HR solution for your needs.

  • Create surcharge rules for special days (night shifts, public holidays, Sunday work etc.)
  • Define the surcharge rate for each rule (150%, 200%, etc.)
  • Bulk assign the rules to the employees and manage them within the employees Compensation page
  • View the salary surcharges breakdown in Kenjo's Payroll feature

That's it for this winter! We hope our updates and new features will ease your work experience. ?
