Product Updates October 2024

Modified on Wed, 20 Nov at 11:31 AM

October was the month for big changes! Our product teams worked hard to get improvements done this month that make the Performance Module clearer and better structured, the mobile experience smoother for you and introduced shift conflicts that help you identify conflicts in your shift planning immediately! Let's dive deeper!

Streamlined Structure in the Performance review module

We revamped our Performance review module streamlining the To-dos & Archive as well as the Reviews tab and the Review Details Overview page.

Accessing ongoing or completed feedback from To-Dos has been challenging due to lacking a good structure. The new update now provides clear access to each feedback, groups them by reviews and stores them under the two menus called To-Dos and Archive. Also check our articles on how to create and manage performance reviews to find out everything about the changes!

Design changes in mobile app

We published a new version of the Kenjo mobile App with some design element changes. These changes also include an update to the clock component for adding attendance, time-off and shiftplan availability -simply: wherever you add a specific time. So the clock component will now look like this:

First version of Shift plan conflicts are live

We celebrate the new shift plan conflicts feature! You will now get alerted when shifts are created with roles that don't match the roles setup in the employee profiles. And this is only the first change to come! We will keep developing this feature further with other conflict alerts including the attendance conflicts and work law conflicts. Stay tuned!

These were our big October Updates 2024! Stay tuned for what's upcoming - We see us in November!
