For first time Pulse users: Use a Pulse template

Build a workplace you and your people love, with automated, quick surveys that measure employee satisfaction and gather anonymous first-hand feedback from them. 


  • Activate Pulse by toggling the switch on Settings > Pulse
  • Now you see a new icon in your left navigation bar and can access the pulse section at any time

To create a new customized Pulse survey, go this way. 



Activate the Standard Kenjo Pulse Survey


  • Click on the three-dots icon on the right
  • Click Activate survey



 

  • Click NEXT



  • Click NEXT
  • Participants: As this is the Standard Pulse Survey all employees will be included 



  • Click NEXT





Timeline: 

 1Send Survey on DD/MM/YYYY at HH:MM
  • Choose the date and time when the survey will be sent. Employees with the Kenjo App will receive a Push-Notification on their mobile device.
 2Close survey after ... days
  • Choose the number of days the survey will be editable. After that date the Pulse will be closed
  3Repeat this survey
  • Toggle the switch to the right when you want this survey to be a recurrent survey. 
  • Choose the recurrent rhythm weekly or monthly
  • Choose frequency: Every 1, 2, 3... weeks or months 
  • Choose a specific day or weekday of the month for the repetition
 4Ends
  • Choose On to select a specific end date
  • Choose Never to have this survey always repeat





Use another Kenjo Pulse draft


When you're a first-time Pulse user you see several Pulse drafts we created for you:


  • Click on the three-dots icon on the right to edit, duplicate or delete a survey



 Edit a Pulse draft


You can edit drafts:

  • Go to Pulse > Surveys
  • Edit or keep the survey name
  • The eNPS question is an un-editable question, that you're only able to delete by clicking on the bin-icon
  • Unfold a question you want to edit by clicking on the blue arrow on the very left of the question


Edit the:

  • Question: Adapt the question to your needs
  • Category/Subfolder: Choose a category your questions fits into. You will be able to see the results per category in the end
  • Labels of the scale: Rename the ends of the scale. On the left rename the unfavorable label, on the right rename the most favourable label 
  • Required: Toggle the switch to the right to make it a mandatory question
  • Comment: Toggle the switch to the right to activate comments 
  • Order: Re-order the questions per drag and drop by holding the 6 dots-symbol on the very left, shifting it to a different location


  • To add more questions, click (+) ADD NEW QUESTION


 


Duplicate a draft


  • Go to Pulse > Surveys
  • Click on the three-dots icon on the right and choose duplicate
  • Make changes according to your needs
  • Re-Send or schedule the duplicated survey



Delete a draft
