If you work with headhunters or agencies in recruiting, you can still use this function to map applicant management according to your company standards in Kenjo and thereby ensure a smooth process. 



Once you have selected the Add agency option, you can start with entering all the basic information here: 


The agency you are inviting receives an e-mail afterward. This enables access to a separate interface in Kenjo. Here the headhunter can submit candidate proposals by adding the applicants to the individual job advertisements. 

 

You can use the comment box to save impressions or feedback for the agency and thus avoid separate email traffic. 

 

You choose the job advertisements that the agency can assign applicants to by creating the job advertisement. 

 

If an applicant has been proposed by an agency, you will see this highlighted in yellow in the application view.
