Log into your Kenjo account

Modified on Tue, 7 Feb, 2023 at 11:44 AM

As an employee, you have multiple options to log into your Kenjo account, depending on what your manager has set up for you. As a rule of thumb, you can access Kenjo after activating your account using the work email your admin has added in your personal profile.

When you activate your account for the first time, you need to create a password that is at least 8 characters long, including at least one number, one capital, and one lower letter.

However, in case your admin has activated it, you can log in using single sign on.

Keep in mind that, if you use single sign on once, you will always have to use it. Your work email and password will no longer suffice to log into your Kenjo account.

Additionally, your admin can set up 2 factor authentication for you. This adds an extra layer of security to your Kenjo account. Every time your log in to your Kenjo account, you will be sent a verification code to your email address. You need to enter that code in order to access your account.

This way, third parties cannot access your account, even if they have your password.

If your admin activated SSO, you cannot use 2 factor authentication or vice versa.

What to do in case you forgot your password

You don't remember your password? No problem!

Simply go to the login page, click on "Forgot password?" and enter your email address.

You will receive an email with further instructions:

Follow the steps to create and confirm a new password and access your Kenjo account. The password must be at least 8 characters long, including a number, a capital, and a lower letter.

If you have issues with resetting your password (i.e. your work email is incorrect) contact your administrator. They will be able to trigger the password reset as well and correct your email address.

Problems logging in

In case you do remember your password but are still having issues with accessing your account, try one of the following steps:

  • Make sure to use another browser that is not Internet Explorer, as Kenjo doesn't support it.
  • If multiple email addresses are in use, make sure to use the email address associated with the correct Kenjo account.
  • Clear the cache and cookies in the browser and try again.
  • Try logging in from another network, such as a phone's network, to see if the issue is network-related. If logging in from another network works, contact the IT department or network administrator to troubleshoot the network issue.
  • Enable third-party cookies in the Chrome settings. Learn more by visiting this article.
