We're introducing fresh features, straight from summer! Get ready to explore what’s new and see how these updates can make your everyday HR life easier. These are our summer innovations to brighten your day:
Performance Review Module gets a new Home
All employee profiles can now access their performance review To-Dos & Activities from Performance Review → My Performance on the left navigation bar or they find their way through My Profile → Performance tab.
Easily access your latest To-Dos and sort them: New To-Dos will appear on top of the list by default. Also, all employee profiles can now sort their To-Dos based on their needs. This improvement makes performance review clearly structured and easy to access and use for all of your employees.
New logic behind invitation emails to new employees
We now show specific statuses of the invite emails and we will automatically unblacklist emails when they bounce because for an example an invitation link was sent out to an email address that did not yet exist due to a newly hired employee f.e. This means, when you invite a new employee to Kenjo, they will receive an automated email by Kenjo that will expire on a certain date. You as an admin will always be able to see the status of the invitation link email, e.g. is has been send or read and also the expiry date.
Wunschtag: New availability feature available for shift planning
You know how there are times when your employees really want or don't want to work, whether it’s because their best friend is moving or their child needs regular physical therapy. With Wunschtag, your employees can quickly and easily indicate their availability/unavailability using their smartphones in Kenjo. As the shift planner, you decide whether you want to see your employees' availabilities or unavailabilities. Depending on your selection, your employees can input their either or for a given period. Improved timeline functionality within Performance Review
HR admins can now easily select an exact date for a Performance Review. A completed review that has unfinished feedback can additionally now be edited and completed. The HR admins can also close an ongoing review earlier than planned and can always jump to a specific step within the Performance review process and make edits where needed. Check out this overview of all our Performance Review articles.
That wraps up our July updates! We have very many more to come and are therefore already looking forward to celebrating more improvements and simplifications with you next month.
