Product Update: Sharing Feedback Options

Within the Performance Review module, we have worked on a new option for sharing feedback. Read through the change and the FAQ's to get a better understanding of what's new.

What changes?

Now Kenjo offers 3 different options on how to share feedback:


  • Share feedback immediately after the feedback is finished
  • Share feedback on a specific date ___ at 5:30 AM CET
  • Decide later on when to share feedback


So far, Kenjo offered 2 options:

  • Share feedback immediately after the feedback is finished
  • Share feedback once the review end date is reached

  1. What does this change mean for the employees and existing reviews?

Feedback is shared on a specific date at 5:30 AM. This date can’t be the same as or after the Review end date

e.g. If the review end date is 25.01.2025, the feedback sharing date can be set as 25.01.2025 or later

Reviews with the old setup will be migrated to the new option simulating the old setup, 

 

OLD: Share feedback once the review end date is reached

 

NEW: Share feedback on a specific date {review end date} at 5:30 AM CET

Until now, a review card shown in the “Archive” meant that any finished feedback was available to read. 

This will change if the “Review end date” and “Feedback sharing date” are set differently. 

In that case, the employees will see the relevant message in their Archive. 


The relevant message will be displayed if the employees access the feedback via the Overview page of a review. 
Decide later on when to share feedback

Feedback is not shared with the reviewees. 

However, the Admin or HR admin or a custom profile user with permission to “view all feedback” can export the feedback as a CSV and access the results.

This will change if the setup is “Decide later when to share feedback.”
In that case, the employees will see the relevant message in their Archive

The relevant message will be displayed if the employees access the feedback via the Overview page of a review.



  1. Can I still extend a review after the review end date? 


    Yes, you can continue to extend the review using the Kenjo app. When you input a new review end date, you can also modify the share feedback option based on your needs.


  2. Can I modify the share feedback options after a review is launched/completed? 


    Yes, you can modify the share feedback options at any point in time. Based on your setup, the changes will be immediately reflected.
