For DSPs: Export data from TSM

Modified on Fri, 6 Jun at 8:26 AM

This guide explains how to export your data from Timesheet Mobile (TSM) in the correct format for import into Kenjo. It is divided into four sections, one for each required dataset:

  • Employee data
  • Timesheets (attendance  & time off (vacations, sickness, absences) records
  • Variable pay (bonuses, commissions)

Note: The users can customize columns during an export. The columns below are mandatory for the time off import to work in Kenjo.

- Site
- Hours
- Include Row(s) for Subtotals and Totals

To get a detailed understanding of migrating time off data from TSM, please read this article.

Export Employee Data

  1. Log into your Timesheet Mobile account: https://dsp.timesheetmobile.com

  1. Review the employee list and ensure all relevant fields are filled (e.g., name, email, role, department, pay rate).

  •  Filter the records by the desired date range (e.g., last 2 weeks or last month).

  • Review the entries (employee name, clock-in/out times, job codes, hours worked).

  • Click on the Download Arrow and select Employee CSV

  • You can save the file and name it as: Timesheets_TSM.csv

 Export variable pay data

Variable pay data is not stored or exportable in TSM.
