Import time off requests in bulk

Modified on Fri, 13 Jun at 3:47 PM

You can now import time off requests in bulk on behalf of your employees directly into Kenjo, saving time and ensuring consistency across your records.

Few important points to note before you get started,

Any requests created via this method will be marked as "submitted" (i.e. any approvals required will be skipped)

  • eAU will be skipped if it's enabled for a time off type
  • Mandatory document attachment will be skipped if it's enabled for a time off type

1. Select Import Type

  • Navigate to Settings > Data import
  • Select Time off and click Import
  • Choose the option Create time off requests and click Next

For DSPs: If you want to use the export file from TSM, read this article.

2. Upload Your File

  • Select whether the time off requests will be in Days or Hours.
  • Choose the language for the header columns (based on the import file language)
  • Click on Download our template, and a file will be downloaded to your system with the data from your account
  • Fill out the downloaded template
  • Insert the filled-out template and click Upload

Column headers with * are mandatory for the import.
