TABLE OF CONTENTS
Filter for trainings
- Go to My trainings
- Filter by Status (in progress, overdue or scheduled)
- Filter by Timeline (Countdown period, First period, Indefinite)
- Filter by Location (In presence, Hybrid, Online)
Edit Trainings
- Go to Training Tracker > Catalog
- Find the respectable training and click the three-dot menu at the end of the line
- Click Edit training
- Find the section you want to edit in the vertical menu
- Make changes and click SAVE CHANGES
Manage employees
- Go to Training Tracker > Catalog
- Find the respectable training and click the three-dot menu at the end of the line
- Click Manage employees
- Assign employees
OR
- Go to Training Tracker > Catalog
- Click on one training
- Find Participants in the vertical menu
- Click Manage Participants
To add employees, use one of the options:
- Use the search bar to find an employee by name
- Use filters to view employees with specific attributes, such as a particular location, team, or those with a manager
- Available employees are displayed in the left column. Click (+) to add them to the training
- In the right column, you can see all the SELECTED EMPLOYEES. You can remove participants using the trash-icon
- Click NEXT if your selection is complete
Delete a training
- Go to Training Tracker > Catalog
- Find the respectable training and click the three-dot menu at the end of the line
- Click Delete
- Click Yes, delete
