For DSPs: View and manage subscription

Now you can view your subscription plan inside Kenjo, manage it, add payment methods and cancel or renew your subscription. We explain you how in this article. 




TABLE OF CONTENTS






You can now easily manage your Kenjo subscription inside the Kenjo platform. 


  • Go to Settings > Billing
  • View your current plan and billing details under Your subscription 



These icons indicate your subscription status:



Edit billing details


  • Edit billings details like Billing info, billing address or your VAT number by typing in the new information in the respective fields 
  • Click (+) ADD PAYMENT METHOD to store a new credit card or SEPA direct debit 
  • Click Add new (Neu hinzufügen) in the pop-up window
  • Choose the Credit Card or the SEPA direct debit tab
  • Type in the needed details
  • Click Add (hinzufügen)






Cancel subscription





  • In the pop-up window select the reason for your cancellation
  • Select when your subscription should be cancelled


Option 1After the current billing cycleYou can use Kenjo until the displayed end of subscription date
Option 2

After your free trialYou can use Kenjo until the end of the free trial period displayed here
Option 3ImmediatelyYou will lose access to Kenjo as soon as you confirm this choice



Option 2 will only appear when you're still in your Kenjo free trial period. 


  • Click CANCEL to confirm your choice 



Reactivate subscription 


  • Go to Settings > Billing > Your subscription
  • In the pop-up window below the Reactivate option, click CHOOSE NEW PLAN
  • Our available pricing plans will be displayed so you can choose one that fits you
  • Decide for the TAA+Admin or TAA Plan



Contact us


  • Click GET SUPPORT to schedule a booking to talk to our team
