Dashboards: Management (BETA)

Modified on Thu, 20 Oct 2022 at 04:29 PM

The dashboard under the category "Management" gives you a deeper insight into your statistics concerning Employees, Time off and Attendance.

:information_source:Consider that some of these dashboards are a beta version. This means that they have gone through alpha testing in-house, and are fairly close in look, feel and function to the final product. However, these dashboards are still being tested by the users like you, that report any bugs or changes that you'd like to see before the final release.

TABLE OF CONTENTS

Note: On the right side of each dashboard title, you will have the option to click on MORE INFO and read the description of each dashboard. However, this article explains each of them further.

Use the filters on the left-hand side of the screen to look for the Category "Management".

Attendance Analysis - Categories

View how much time your employees spend on the categories you have created for attendance in Settings > Attendance > Categories.

  • In this dashboard, the information is taken from the categories that the employees choose when registering hours (if any).
  • This dashboard does not include time off time.

Attendance export

This panel exports all your attendance data in detail in only one file, with all shift rows per employee, category information and comments.

  • Filter by date range, employee status, employee, company, office and department. You can also filter by the status of the attendance (if it has been approved or not) and by the category or subcategory that the employees have chosen when tracking their time
  • This dashboard differs from the Attendance report in a way that it reflects all the time tracking data, whereas the Attendance report only shows total expected hours, total tracked hours and their difference.

Division/Team 360°

Kenjo allows you to group your employees into Divisions and Teams. In this panel, you can analyse divisions and teams from various angles such as the number of members, the department they belong to, the number of employees per job, the gender, the evolution of members, and the number of joiners and leavers.

Holidays time off request by day

This dashboard will show you the total hours in a day that your employees have requested or submitted as off. You can filter by date, office, department, employees, type, and requests.

Managers: Direct reports

Understand the number of managers with their corresponding direct reports that exist in your organization.

  • The field "Reports to" in the employees' profiles creates a hierarchy within Kenjo. The employee that you add in this field will become his or her manager

  • Filter by company, office, or department to know how many managers and direct reports there are. Otherwise, you can filter by managers and see exactly who reports to them

  • With this dashboard, you can understand the scope of the managers by seeing the number of people per department that report to them

Offboarding

This dashboard will show you the number of the employees who need to be offboarded in a given period, as well as their finishing date. You can filter the results by position, company, office, department, or termination reason.

Onboarding

This dashboard will show you the number of new joiners in a given period, based on the starting date. You can filter by company, office, department, job title and start date. This information will help you analyse who has recently been incorporated in the past or is about to incorporate in the future.

Overtime

This panel will help you understand analysing the employees' overtime. You can have a perspective by company, office, department and also the evolution of hours and the monthly average.

Overtime (Division/Team)

This panel will help you understand analysing the employees' overtime. You can have a perspective by Division and Team.

Probation Period

Find out whether your employees have passed their probation period.

  • This dashboard is dependent on the probation period end date that appears in the personal profile of an employee.

  • View which employee has passed or not passed their probation period and who is still in the probation period.

  • Tip! Apply the filters (company, office, department, status) to better view the information.

Time off balance

This panel helps to understand the balance for each time off type and policy. You can filter by company, employee, office, department. To analyse the results, it is mandatory that you filter by time off type and policy.
