In addition to our existing Reports tool, Analytics includes a brand-new tab: Dashboards. Dashboards is the functionality of Kenjo that extracts relevant business insights from different datasets and displays the information in an interactive and visual way. Think of it as a comprehensive overview of your company's various internal processes, goals, or projects measured through Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and panels to help you foster growth and improvement.
To start using this functionality, go to Settings > Features > Analytics (reports) and turn the toggle on to activate the function.
Click on Settings, and turn the toggle on one more time.
Note: Some dashboards are still a first iteration and will be expanded and optimized in the coming releases.
Dashboards are separated by three categories. In the links below, you will find a detailed explanation of all the statistics covered by each category:
Each one of those categories are connected to different modules in Kenjo, such as Employees, Time off, Attendance, Payroll, Recruiting, among others. You will be able to filter by category and type to get a better overview of the analytics you want to explore.
Export files
If you have an Admin profile or are part of a custom profile with the permission to export reports, you can download the dashboards as CVS, XLSX, PDF, or PNG files. Just look for the download icon at the top or bottom part of each report and choose the most convenient option for you.
