Modified on Tue, 9 Aug, 2022 at 11:24 AM

The dashboard under the category "Recruiting" gives you a deeper insight into your statistics concerning the Recruiting module in Kenjo.

:information_source:Consider that these dashboards are a beta version. This means that they have gone through alpha testing in-house, and are fairly close in look, feel and function to the final product. However, these dashboards are still being tested by the users like you, that report any bugs or changes that you'd like to see before the final release.

TABLE OF CONTENTS

Note: On the right side of each dashboard title, you will have the option to click on MORE INFO and read the description of each dashboard. However, this article explains each of them further.

Use the filters on the left-hand side of the screen to look for the Category "Recruiting".

Avg time to fill

In this dashboard, you can find the average time of candidates to fill a job opening from different views.

Candidates

This dashboard offers an overview of all candidates applying for any job position in your company.

Note: If you need to analyse a specific Job opening, it will be better to use this dashboard "Job Opening with candidates".

Conversion

This dashboard shows the conversion rate from candidates filtered by company, department, origin, and agency.

Job opening

This dashboard offers an overview of the job openings of your company, even if they are drafts. You can see the total number of job positions by company, office, department, status, pipeline, position type, and month.

Job opening with candidates

This panel shows the analysis of a position based on the candidates applying. You can see the candidate funnel based on the status of candidates. The average time that the hired candidates remain in the selection process is calculated taking into account the number of days between the creation of the candidate and the date of the hiring of the candidate. Since you can have more than one hired candidate for the same job position, this value reflects the average number of candidates hired.

Source of hire

This dashboard offers an overview of the source (Origin & Agency) of the hires of your company.
