Product Update - October 2021

Welcome to a new Product Update in Kenjo!

We have been working on some significant improvements in key features of Kenjo for the last few weeks. Today we are eager and excited to unveil them.

So without further do, here we go!

New and improved Payroll

We have redesigned our Payroll feature to improve its performance and make it easier to use. One of the most important changes happens behind the scenes, in Settings > Payroll.

From now on, you'll be able to create different Payroll groups for different sets of employees, and customize the settings of each group according to your needs.

⚠️ Important: In order to use the new Payroll feature, you will need to adjust its settings by going to Settings > Payroll. Here is a step-by-step guide on how to do this.

Integration with DATEV (Beta)

We are excited to present a brand-new integration with DATEV, one of the leading providers for tax and accountant services.

Features include importing DATEV data into Kenjo and creating a DATEV-compatible payroll export file from Kenjo for a simple upload to DATEV.

This integration will continue being a focus and we will continue expanding its functionalities in upcoming releases.

Advanced filters in Workflows

We have upgraded the Filters section in our Workflows feature: 

• New "OR" logic for more adaptable workflows
• Redesigned interface

Recruiting

We have made several improvements which will enhance your recruiting experience in Kenjo. From now on, you can:

• Create and complete Candidate tasks in a quicker, smarter way
• Delete job openings when no longer needed
• Sort and filter comments in Candidate profiles

Integration with JOIN

We are very happy to launch a brand-new integration with JOIN, one of the leading tools for candidate sourcing and multiposting. 

With JOIN you can publish and promote your job openings on different portals and recognized global job boards such as LinkedIn and Xing.

This integration is at an early stage, so we will continue expanding its functionalities in upcoming releases.
