Welcome to a new Product Update in Kenjo! Sit back and relax while we walk you through all the details about our new features and improvements!
Improved Time off cards
Once our update goes live, the look of our Time Off cards will change.
We have redesigned the structure of the cards, implementing a new layout.
As a result, time off information will be easier to understand for Managers and Employees.
The changes include:
- A simplified view of the Time off cards
- A ‘DETAILS’ page explaining balance, next cycle projection, and policy details
- Cards for Unlimited Time off policies have been grouped together

Attendance Categories
Do you want more insights into your employees' work schedules? We have good news! With our new functionality, you will be able to categorize the time tracked by your employees.
Go to Settings > Attendance Settings to activate and set up your categories.
Once set up is complete, your employees will be able to add a category to their attendance entries, adding more detail to every time entry.
Stay tuned: In our following Release, we will boost this functionality with a new Analytics dashboard. This will give you a complete overview of your employees' work!
Payroll improvements
We continue to optimize our Payroll feature, making it flexible and easier to use:
- New role "Responsible for Payroll"
- You can assign an employee the role “Responsible for Payroll” in a payroll group.
- The assigned employee will be able to view and process the Payroll of that group.
- Improved visibility in Employee profile: We made several changes to the Employee > Payroll page, such as:
- Adding an option to download payslips
- A clearer overview of variable payments
- A new “Total” column combining salary and variable pay
