We're thrilled to announce a series of exciting updates and enhancements to Kenjo, designed to streamline your experience and empower your workforce management.

Here's a look at what's new!

Kenjo API Changes

We've rolled out some powerful updates to our Kenjo API, making it even more versatile and user-friendly:

  • Create Up to 5 API Keys: Now, each customer can create up to 5 API keys, providing you with enhanced flexibility and control.
  • Custom Access Levels: You can now tailor the access level of each API key to specific endpoints collections, ensuring precise control over your API interactions.
  • Updated API Documentation: For your convenience, our API documentation has been updated. Explore the changes at Kenjo API Documentation.

Improved Time-Off Request Experience

We've revamped the time-off request user experience to make it more intuitive and efficient:

  • Fresh Design: Our popup dialogue for day-based policies has received a sleek makeover, enhancing the overall design and user experience.
  • Enhanced Calendar View: When selecting a date, you'll now enjoy a two-month calendar view. This feature displays all your time-off events, non-working days, and public holidays, simplifying the process of creating requests.

Kenjo to DATEV Data Services Integration (Lohnimportdatenservice)

Effortlessly transmit your payroll data, both master and variable, from Kenjo to your DATEV accountant with a single click using the DATEV Data Services Integration

  • Time-Saver: You can now directly send the monthly DATEV payroll file to DATEV, eliminating the need to download and email it.
  • Enhanced Security: This feature also fortifies the security of your communication with your accountant, as the file is sent via an encrypted channel

Shiftplan Updates

We have often talked to companies who plan their entire month and like to see all the days without having to move from week to week :

  • New monthly view with multiple updates: You can select the monthly view and see an easy to scroll, comprehensive monthly view with all days of the month available for planning. You can also see time off of employees and drag & drop templates to plan with high speed in this new view.

  • Improved Filters: The filters now help you list specific teams or employees using the location and roles. The reverse is also possible when you select employees and the locations and roles would adapt based on the selections.

  • Smoother scrolling experience: If you have a large team size, scrolling up and down can be tedious. For that, we have built a faster smoother scroll experience. The platform optimises loading speed and displays data as you scroll down and not all at once. As a user you also can just keep scrolling down without the need to click on Load more.
  • Extension of repeat weeks: Through the advanced options you can now create shift repetitions up to 24 weeks (up from the previously possible 14 weeks).

We're committed to continuously improving your Kenjo experience, and these updates are a testament to that dedication. We're confident that these enhancements will make managing your workforce even more seamless and enjoyable.
