Finally, the cold winter days are behind us and spring is arriving. And what would be a better kick-off to the season than our new product updates?
Here they are, go on and have a look!
Shiftplan - Our newest feature to manage shifts
With this release, we are introducing our newest feature: Shiftplan. Shiftplan enables you to quickly plan your employees’ shifts and generate schedules, making your shift planning process stress-free. Our smart features will soon become one of your everyday favourite tools, helping you achieve higher employee satisfaction and motivation.
Some time saving features include:
- An algorithm that matches employee profiles with the shift you are planning according to the location, role, and working days.
- The ability to stay connected with your employees, leaving relevant notes on each shift you assign to them.
- The capacity planning feature, where you can plan shifts accurately and avoid over- or understaffing.
- Employee and role based shiftplanning that gives you greater agility and flexibility.
The Shiftplan feature is also available on the Kenjo mobile app for employees. You will be able to notify your team within seconds about their new shifts!
Improved version of Dashboards
Our improved dashboard feature gives you an even better overview of your company’s statistics. Before this release, the dashboards were divided into three categories with descriptive boxes. Now, we changed the layout to a list where you can easily filter your dashboards by categories and types. This way, searching for what you need becomes effortless.
The statistics that we have improved are part of the "Metrics" category and are broken down into eleven dashboards, ranging from insights on age distribution to employee average tenure. In the upcoming releases, we will bring to life some other dashboards that currently remain in their BETA version. In the meantime, enjoy the improved versions of the eleven dashboards that will bring a better overview of your employees' stats!
New layer of security with 2-Factor Authentication
Two-factor authentication is an extra layer of security for your Kenjo account designed to ensure that you're the only person who can access your account, even if someone knows your password.
Once activated, when you log into your Kenjo account from the desktop or mobile version, you'll need to provide two pieces of information—your password and now a six-digit verification code that's automatically sent to your email address. Two-factor authentication significantly improves the security of your Kenjo account and all the personal information you have access to.
Optimising Org Charts
You will now be able to search by name and job position to quickly locate and find specific employees within your org chart.
