For manual activation of an employee in the Kenjo menu, go to the icon People and select the employee that you would like to activate.


Now go to the Personal tab in the employee profile and select the “Activate user” option to the right side. The employee will now receive an email at the email address provided by you. Afterward, he can register with Kenjo. 


As soon as the employee has registered for the first time, he/she will appear in the "active" section of the employee view.

The activation email for the activation of the Kenjo account will be valid for the next 72 hours after sending it.
