Create Work schedules report

Working schedules report is a standard report that provides an overview of shifts, total hours worked, assigned work schedule of all active employees on a daily basis. 


You can also change the Filters to create a custom Working schedules report


To access a standard Working schedules report, follow the next steps: 

  • Access Analytics > Reports from the left menu bar




ℹ️  All the data of this report comes from work schedule (default template or edited templates) and from attendance. This report is not related to Shiftplan.



The Working schedule report will contain the following information:

  • Display name: of the employee
  • Date: the date at what you are extracting the report
  • Is active?: which indicates if the employee remains active in Kenjo
  • Working day: to indicate if that date the employee should have been working
  • Schedule name: the name of the template (if existing) you have given to that employee in Attendance > Settings > Attendance > Working schedules
  • Schedule type: the type of schedule you have chosen for that template. It could be fixed or flexible.
  • Shifts description: shows the work schedule in the period selected, could be the legacy one (M, T, W, T, F, ST, SN selector mixed with the weekly hours) or the template that was assigned to an employee.
  • Tracked shifts:  shows the description of the tracked hours in those days (e.g. 9:00 -12:30 | 13:00:17:30)
  • Tracked: total number of hours that were tracked
  • Expected hours: number of hours they should have worked according to their schedule
  • Break: total number of breaks
  • Time off - not working: total time they were off, but it did not correspond to working time (e.g. they requested a holiday)
  • time off - working: total time they were off that was considered working time. 




You can click on Export to export the report in a CSV or Excel format
