Activate the module
Congratulations! You're about to use the Performance Review Module, one of the most interesting features with Kenjo and in this article I'll show you how. To activate the Performance Review module, click Settings > Overview > Features and activate the Performance review feature by toggling the switch.
Once the feature is active, the Performance Review icon appears on the left-hand menu bar.
You will be able to access the Performance review module right away and you can initiate a performance review process in your company. For more insights on how to set up a review, click here.
Access Performance reviews
To access the Performance review module, click on the Performance review icon on the left-hand menu bar.
There are 4 tabs on the top as you enter the module.
Tabs | Description |
My Performance | Here you will find two tabs:

Reviews | Here the list of reviews created is displayed. From here, you can create and manage reviews. |
Results | Here you will find a heatmap visualization showing all employees and their average scores in each category of the reviews they’ve been part of. |
Compare | Here you can find the Timeline and radar charts, which will give you more context about the results of the reviews. |
Access level matrix based on standard profiles in Kenjo
You can access your own ongoing and completed reviews via the My Performance tab. What you see and which actions are permitted for you in the remaining tabs depends on the access rights of your profile (e.g. Admin, HR-admin, employee etc.)

Every user can access their own ongoing reviews via the My Performance > To-Dos and their completed reviews via My Performance > Archive.
Another user's archive is accessible by admins and by users with access rights only.
- Click on the employee's profile via People.
- Find the Performance tab in the horizontal menu.
