In this article, you will learn how to view or edit the PIN code of an employee.
Note: this option is only visible for an Admins, HR Admins or employees when the user is Active & they are included into a policy with PIN code active.
At this point, if you are and Admins or HR Admins, you should already:
✅ Activate the Kiosk in your organization
✅ Add employees to policies with different tracking methods (PIN, QR code or both)
To manage the PIN code of an employee, follow the next steps
- Go to the employee personal profile
- Click on EDIT PIN CODE
- A new window will open with two options:
- View the icon: click on the 'eye' icon
- Refresh the pin code: so a new icon will be generated for this profile
Consider that, even if you eliminate an employee from a Kiosk policy, they will still keep their PIN code on their profile.
