New and Improved Time-Off Cards

We're thrilled to introduce the newly revamped Time-Off Cards! We've taken your feedback to heart and completely redesigned the cards for an even better experience. What's more, the enhanced Details section provides a comprehensive overview of all calculations related to an employee's absences. Now, managing time-off requests and tracking leave has never been this clear and easy.
 

 
Introducing the Whistleblower Feature

We believe in cultivating a culture of openness and trust. That's why we've introduced the Whistleblower feature – a dedicated portal for employees to report concerns, ethical issues, or compliance matters. This platform enables employees to report anonymously, ensuring that their voice is heard without any fear. For our HR teams, managing and addressing reports is now more streamlined than ever.

Sounds interesting? Keep an eye out next week as the Whistleblower feature makes its debut in your Settings. If you think your company could benefit from it, don't hesitate to request it!

Shiftplan on Desktop and new Open Shifts Feature

We're excited to announce that Shiftplan is now available on desktop for the standard employee profile, providing you with a seamless experience across devices.
 
But that's not all – we're also introducing a new Open Shifts feature! You can now publish shifts as open, allowing employees to claim slots according to their availability. When you don’t know who should take the shift, just publish it as open and let the magic happen. It's a win-win for flexibility and teamwork. Check out how it works here.
 

 
New Overtime Dashboard

Our brand-new dashboard Overtime - adjustments & compensation export grants you better control over the overtime data within your company, providing you exportable data around:

• Overtime Summary: An insightful overview of the monthly overtime activity.
• Adjustments & Compensation Summary: A compiled list of all adjustments and compensations done across the entire company.
   

 
Fine-Tuned Minor Tweaks

In our relentless pursuit of excellence, we've made minor tweaks to further enhance your experience. We would like to highlight that Candidate Conversion has been refined to give you a smoother transition from applicant to new employee. Additionally, you can now perform Negative Overtime Adjustments, or better put, adjustments that will incur in a negative balance.
