Set up Google Chrome extension

Our Google Chrome extension helps you add candidates to Kenjo from different social networks. 



Note: Remember that Kenjo offers you 5 ways to create candidates and this is only one of them. To learn more about which are the rest of the options, refer to this article.



Install the extension and login


  • Click on this link to install the Google Chrome extension
  • Click on Add to Chrome



  • After following the instructions and installing the Kenjo Chrome extension, you will see ir in the upper right corner of your browser. 


Note: When you open the browser for a next time, you might not be able to see the extension. This could be because you have several extensions added to Chrome. Just click on the puzzle icon next to your profile avatar. A dropdown menu will appear showing you all your enabled extensions. Each extension has a pushpin icon to their right. Click on the pushpin icon so that it turns blue. 



  • Log in with your Kenjo credentials as usual



  • Consider that only Recruiters or Admins have the permission to use this extension
  • Once everything is set up, this is how your extension will look like:



Add a candidate


Open the profile of a potential candidate on LinkedIn or any other supported platform. Make sure the relevant information like name, email, and phone number are shown and click on the extension icon in your browser. The candidate data will be filled in automatically, you can choose tags and a job opening or talent pool and add the candidate directly to Kenjo.


Access the candidate's profile in Kenjo via the link 'View candidate' and continue the recruiting process from there.
