For a single employee
Please follow the next steps:
- Under People > Select an employee > Attendance, click on the Actions button
- Click on Convert to time off under Overtime Actions
- Once you fill in the fields, click Save
Following are the fields that need to be filled:
- Select amount of hours to be converted (required): Enter the amount of hours that you would like to convert to time off from the overtime balance. Once you fill this field, the balance will be displayed on the screen.
- Select time off (required if multiple policies are assigned): Choose the time off policy that should be applied
Select amount of additional days/hours, which should be added (required): Enter the number of days/hours that correspond to the number of hours converted to time off
Comment (Optional): Add any comments for reference
For multiple employees (in bulk)
Please follow the next steps:
- Under People > Attendance summary, select the employees by clicking on the checkbox
- Click on the Actions button
- Select Convert to time off from the menu
- Once you fill in the fields, click Save
Conditions: The bulk operation can be performed only if the below conditions are fulfilled:
- Chosen employees have positive overtime
- Chosen employees have at least one time off policy in common
Following are the fields that need to be filled:
- Select amount of hours to be converted (required): Enter the amount of hours that you would like to convert to time off from the overtime balance. Once you fill this field, the balance will be displayed on the screen.
- Select time off (required if multiple policies are assigned): Choose the time off policy that should be applied
Select amount of additional days/hours, which should be added (required): Enter the number of days/hours that correspond to the number of hours converted to time off
Comment (Optional): Add any comments for reference
You can view the Selected employees by clicking the button beside the item.
