Q: What is the recommended size and format for all the images I can add to my Career Site?

A: At the moment, we only support these image formats: png, jpg, jpeg, SVG, and gif. If a user uploads a different format for the company logo or his photo, for example, the image will appear broken.

For your Career Site is best if your images are the following size:

  • Company logo: 250 px (width) by 100 px (height)
  • Hero image: 1600 px by 500 px
  • Header: width of 1024px
  • Employee picture: 256 px by 256 px

Q: I changed the name of the recruiter and now she doesn't have access to the candidates that she has recommended even when her email is the same. How can she still have access to her candidates?

A: An external user/Agency will have a unique token to access Kenjo. This token is partially generated by the name and linked to it. If you changed the name, the recruiter will still be able to access the Recruitment module, but as a new user. However, if you revert the changes performed on the name, the recruiter will be able to see again all her candidates.

Q: How do I add "How did you hear about the job?" to the dashboard?

A: You must manually enter the answer to your question "How did you hear about the job?" in the "Source" field in the candidate overview. If you share your jobs on Indeed, for example, you can also modify the job posting link for Indeed and append this to the URL "/apply?utm_source=INDEED"- Indeed is then automatically entered in the Source field. Under Analytics > Reports you can look at the "Applicants" report and in the top right hand corner look for "Group by Origin". This report shows the number of applicants per source per month.
